Why sample first
A good sample answers the questions a photo cannot answer.
Product fit, opening feel, paper stiffness, handle strength and finish quality are hard to judge from a mockup. A sample helps you approve the packaging before the project becomes expensive to change.
Structure sample
Useful when you need to confirm size, fold, insert fit, bottle support or bag depth before artwork is final.
Printed sample
Useful when logo color, full artwork, foil, lamination or surface finish must be checked on real material.
Pre-production sample
Useful before a larger bulk order, especially for rigid boxes, gift sets, wine boxes and retail paper bags.
Packing sample
Useful when products, inserts, bags, labels or cartons need to work together before China-side handoff.
